Can the line between the floodlights be extended ?
No, The flood lights and cables can not be extended, Please do not cut the cable.
Can the rgb flood light works without WiFi ?
If there is no WiFi network, the floodlight can not work properly. Please make sure the WiFi signal is strong enough. And it is recommended to place the first floodlight close to your WiFi router.
Does the landscape lights only work with a 2.4GHz network?
Yes, they only work with 2.4G WiFi (Not compatible with 5G WiFi). Please Note that the new router supports 5G Hz & 2.4G Hz. If you have connection problems, it is recommended to check whether you are using a 2.4G Hz network first.
Why do I need to turn on my phone’s bluetooth?
The Bluetooth is used to assist you in connecting the floodlight to the network, so for the first time paring the light in APP, please make sure to turn on the WiFi and Bluetooth connection on your phone.
Why one of the flood lights doesn’t work?
Please check whether all six lights on the app interface are on. The app can control ON and OFF of each light, so if you turn off one of the lights in the app, the flood light will not light up.
